Job Description
- As a Finance Executive in Suratgarh, Rajasthan, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization. Your responsibilities include ensuring financial health, preparing reports, managing budgets, and assisting in strategic financial planning. Collaboration with other departments is essential to guide financial decisions and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
Your key responsibilities will involve Financial Planning & Analysis, where you will assist in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and models. Monitoring financial performance, comparing actual results with forecasts, and providing analysis and recommendations based on financial data will be crucial in supporting decision-making.
In Accounting & Reporting, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, legal regulations, and internal policies. Managing month-end and year-end closing processes will also fall under your purview.
Cash Flow Management is another critical aspect of your role, where you will oversee the organization's cash flow to ensure operational fund sufficiency. Budgeting & Cost Control involves developing and managing departmental budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing efficient financial practices.

You will also coordinate with external auditors for audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and timely completion of tax filings and financial reports. Providing recommendations for investments, managing financial risks, tax planning, preparation, and filing in compliance with tax laws are also part of your responsibilities.
Establishing and monitoring financial controls, reviewing and enhancing internal financial policies and procedures, are key components of maintaining financial integrity. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring at least 1 year of experience. Your presence at the work location in person will be necessary for this role.,
