Job Overview - Lead, Sales :
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Lead - Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for the Output Division. This role will be responsible for managing key domestic retail and e-commerce partnerships, driving category expansion, and ensuring seamless coordination across demand planning, supply chain, and sales operations.
- The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in shaping go-to-market initiatives, optimizing pricing and promotions, and leveraging data-driven insights to unlock new growth opportunities. With a strong focus on customer relationship management and operational excellence, this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent business performance.
- This position is best suited for a commercially savvy professional with deep experience in sales within the fresh produce, food, or agri-value chain sector, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable, impact-driven businesses.
The Role: Lead - Sales, you will be responsible for :
- Lead sales growth initiatives by managing and expanding key domestic retail and e-commerce partnerships.
- Drive category expansion, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize business growth. Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and end-to-end supply chain coordination for efficient operations.
- Build and strengthen strategic customer relationships while ensuring high service and operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and business KPIs to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability.

Qualifications and Skills we look for:
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce export markets and trade dynamics, Customer negotiation and relationship management skills, Data-driven planning and analytical capability, Leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Domestic Marketing, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in Food /Beverages/ Fresh Fruits & Vegetable industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
