We're Hiring : Sales & Business Development Lead - AI Data Services

About ConsultBae:
ConsultBae is a fast-growing services company operating across two verticals - AI Data Services (data collection, annotation, transcription, LLM training data, multilingual services across 200+ languages) and Recruitment & IT Staffing (India, US, Europe).
We're now scaling our AI Data Services business and looking for a seasoned sales leader who can hit the ground running.
About the Role:
- This is a day-one revenue role. You'll own client acquisition and account development for our data collection and annotation services, targeting enterprise clients globally - US, Europe, China, and beyond. You won't be building processes from scratch; you'll be leveraging your existing industry network, domain credibility, and hunting instincts to close deals.
What You'll Do:

- Identify and engage decision-makers at AI labs, big tech, autonomous vehicle companies, LLM developers, and enterprises building AI products
- Own the full sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across geographies
- Partner with delivery and operations to scope solutions and craft winning proposals
- Represent ConsultBae at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years actively selling data collection / data annotation/AI training data/LLM data services
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in this space - you know the buyers, the budgets, and the buying cycles
- Existing network with decision-makers at companies actively procuring data services (US / Europe / APAC)
- Strong commercial acumen - comfortable with RFPs, SOWs, MSAs, and rate negotiations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience at a data services/AI data company with atleast 3 years of experience into Sales.
- Exposure to multilingual/localization data programs
