Job Description
Designation - Finance Controller
You will be responsible for Finance Function and also Setting and Managing Financial P&L.
Location Hybrid - Work from office (Gurgaon)
What You’ll Do
Drive the company’s short-term and long-term financial planning- Ensure cash flows are appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting report
- Decide on treasury management strategy by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Work along with the Founder’s on the organization’s fundraising plans
- Manage vendor relationships
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Manage entire finance and accounting teams.
- Assist in evaluation of acquisition targets of the company
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Manage and drive the budgeting/planning/forecasting process.
Your Superpowers
Experience- Proven experience as Finance Controller, finance officer or relevant role for 5+ years
- 10+ years total accounting or finance experience
- A CA degree; a CFA or MBA degree would be an advantage
- Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues.
- Having worked at an early stage startup is a big plus
