The Group Lead of Business Intelligence will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across the Commercial and Growth domains, with a focus on Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Omnichannel Sales, Marketing, and R&D analytics. This leader will oversee the development and execution of advanced business intelligence strategies, tools, and processes to empower teams with actionable insights that optimize performance, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in business intelligence, and a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

registered Lead the development and execution of the Business Intelligence strategy for Commercial (RGM & Omnichannel Sales) and Growth domains.

registered Partner with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and opportunities where data-driven insights can drive growth and efficiency.

registered Serve as the subject matter expert for BI tools, methodologies, and best practices within the Commercial and Marketing functions.

registered Build and maintain BI tools to track and optimize omnichannel sales performance across e-commerce, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

registered Champion the Commercial Analytics Platform and drive, from the BIE side, the strategy and execution of this platform.

registered Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

registered Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI tools and processes.

registered Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools to empower teams with real-time access to data.

registered Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure BI solutions meet user needs.

registered Provide training and support to teams on BI tools and methodologies.

registered Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

registered Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development for team members.

registered Manage resources and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery of BI solutions.

Qualifications:

registered Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

registered 12+ Years of which 7 – 9 years working directly in BIE, at least 2 years as people manager

registered Proven track record of leading BI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

registered Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

registered Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.

registered Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and database management.

registered Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

registered Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

registered Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
