Role Summary

• Position: Product Analyst/ Senior Product Analyst
• Function/Team: Product Team
• Location: Gurugram
• Reporting to: Product Manager
• Working Hours: 9 Hours per day with 5 days a week. Should be flexible to work in start-up environment
• Travel: No
• Expected onboard time (After roll-out of offer): 15-30 days
  

About The Team
The product team at Contify is responsible for defining the enhancements and new features around the various aspects of our flagship product. This involves feature additions to our flagship platform, performance/architecture enhancements, tuning our NLP, improvements in our sourcing engine, machine learning algorithms, and much more. We stay on the cutting edge while being sensible about it.
Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE :

• Gather and synthesize product requirements from multiple stakeholders - clients, internal teams and engineers
• Create and update product documentation (both for internal and external use)
• Monitor the market, competitor activities and make recommendations that will be used in decision making
• Work with the Product Manager to help maintain a healthy and well-articulated Product Backlog
• Collaborate with engineering team to help deliver product features in an agile environment
• Help in providing the solution to new use cases by understanding customer requirements

Get Hired

• Engineering Graduate with 3+ years of experience
• Understanding of agile SDLC and ability to participate in agile ceremonies including daily scrums
• Understanding of how to do framework-based prioritization of roadmap items
• Ability to understand the problem statement and map it to the most effective solution possible
• Excellent proficiency with tools such as Jira, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Undergraduate: B.E. / B.Tech.
