Job Summary
Join our multinational corporation as a Specialist in Accounting focusing on Finance-Record to Report processes. With a hybrid work model and night shifts you will leverage your expertise in Advanced Excel and Record to Report-Accounting to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Responsibilities

• Oversee the Record to Report process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial activities.
• Provide support in month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to enhance the Record to Report cycle.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial data.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and accounting practices.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate financial systems and improve data accessibility.
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in Finance-Record to Report processes and Advanced Excel.
• Possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Show experience in Record to Report-Accounting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Display familiarity with Finance & Accounting domains as a nice to have skill.
• Adapt to a hybrid work model and night shifts with ease.
  

Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification in accounting.
