Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, Speech techniques.
• 
  Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services to be used to improve our platform capabilities.
• Mentor and lead the experiments with other team members.
• Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
• Hands-on experience of ML model development and deploying.
• Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus.
• Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages.
