Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Masteror Agile Coach
- 4+ years working in or with Property & Casualty insurance (e.g., auto, homeowners, commercial lines)
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and optionally SAFe
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance lifecycle, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, billing, and claims

- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and IT functions
