Telesales Executive

About the Role:

Join a top-tier real estate company in Dubai as a Telesales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-demand real estate products in Saudi Arabia through outbound calls. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and pitch real estate offerings
• Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and follow up effectively

What We Offer:

• Proven telesales or inside sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Real estate sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Handling Inbound, Outbound calls

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
