- Preparation and review of quarterly financial statements for real estate funds and properties.
- Calculation and reporting of Net Asset Value (NAV) along with stakeholder coordination and communication.
- Preparation of reporting packages for multiple real estate properties and investment entities.
- Performed equity value and waterfall calculations for investor distribution and capital allocation.
- Passed journal entries and adjustment entries in accounting systems including Yardi and SAP.
- Prepared capital contribution/funding packages and maintained investor commitment tracking schedules.
- Managed distribution workings, accounting entries, and preparation of investor notices using mail merge.
- Conducted Balance Sheet account reconciliations using the BlackLine reconciliation tool.
- Prepared SI reporting schedules related to capital accounts, debt, and fixed assets.
- Maintained daily cash tracking reports at the fund level for liquidity monitoring.
- Processed wire transfers for invoice payments and fundings through the Appian system.
- Recorded and managed accounts payable entries and invoice processing activities.
