Job Description
We are hiring for One of the Big4 for India Practice of M&A - Integration & Seperation
Location: Mumbai
Years of Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Deal Breakers(Mandate Skills):

- Due Diligence
- Synergy Assessment
- TOM (Target Operating Models)
- Front-end Client-facing role (India Markets)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to understand complex deal situation and its implication on the client's / target's business model
- Self starter with strong ability to drive decision making and stakeholder management
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Have strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication
- Have the ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
- Should have strong education pedigree
- Be willing to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time
- Have strong soft skills such as; inter personal skills, team skills, communication skills both verbal and written
RESPONSIBILTY
Working in our multi-disciplined teams, you will apply your talents to a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting clients on integrations or separations (and carve outs) and planning "Day 1 Activities" to manage a seamless business transition through the transaction stages

3. Project management of the Integration / separation office, including updating and reporting the project status, preparation of status update reports and presenting it to respective stakeholders
4. Understanding of complex deal dynamics and remain updated on relevant tax, accounting, legal and sector updates impacting the deal situation
5. Extensive interaction with senior client representatives (CXO level) and project management, including direct follow-ups with clients and third-parties appropriately to achieve desired objectives within a defined timeline
6. Review of Control and monitoring mechanisms; setting up MIS, SoPs, performing gap analysis etc. establishing & tracking critical KPIs periodically
7. Conducts analytical modeling to guide fact-based decisions on business plans and strategy
8. Establishing credibility with clients/targets as a representative of Deal Advisory team
9. Maintaining business contacts (i.e. it is our expectation that associates will make a positive commitment to maintaining contact with people they meet on transactions, who may become important providers of work in the future)
10. Provide support/assistance for proposals/business development activities.
11. Contribute to the effective working of the team and development of team morale
12. Prepare first draft engagement letters, demonstrating technical/risk management awareness
QUALIFICATION: Be a qualified CA / MBA from a reputed B-School
