Job Description
Our client is hiring a Learning & Development Project Manager to join their team based in Abu Dhabi.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you will own the delivery of specialized training programs for senior professionals, working across government partners, vendors, and internal teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple initiatives
- Coordinating stakeholders including government entities, consultants, and training providers
- Overseeing vendor relationships, monitoring deliverables, and tracking budgets
- Handling program logistics including scheduling, enrolment, and participant communication
- Preparing dashboards, reports, and documentation for leadership
- Ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in project management within an L&D or training environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi or UAE government entities is a strong advantage
- Someone who takes pride in clean execution, accurate reporting, and delivering outcomes
