L&D Project Manager

Our client is hiring a Learning & Development Project Manager to join their team based in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on coordination role where you will own the delivery of specialized training programs for senior professionals, working across government partners, vendors, and internal teams.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing project plans, timelines, and workstreams across multiple initiatives
• Coordinating stakeholders including government entities, consultants, and training providers
• Overseeing vendor relationships, monitoring deliverables, and tracking budgets
• Handling program logistics including scheduling, enrolment, and participant communication
• Preparing dashboards, reports, and documentation for leadership
• Ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in project management within an L&D or training environment
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi or UAE government entities is a strong advantage
• Someone who takes pride in clean execution, accurate reporting, and delivering outcomes
