Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This individual will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, devices, and security systems across multiple branches and data centers.
Assemble, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems.
Install and configure all versions of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and other software applications.
Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and all types of network cabling.
Configure and troubleshoot hardware such as computers, printers, scanners, and IP-based printers.
Establish and secure networks by defining access controls, monitoring usage, and maintaining documentation.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot large-scale CCTV systems, DVRs, and IP-based cameras with LAN/WAN port forwarding.
Administer Windows servers (DNS, DHCP, FTP, SQL) and manage desktop application installation and troubleshooting.
Maintain antivirus systems and ensure devices and emails are secure from threats and misuse.
Manage Etisalat Data Center physical servers, firewalls, IP routing, and VPN configurations.
Oversee Bios Data Center hosting and VPN connectivity across all branches.
Configure and support attendance machines, helping HR with reports and technical needs.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and end-user devices.
Collaborate with IT Manager to develop network security protocols and cyber threat prevention.
Perform diagnostics, system optimization, and support online/web applications including CMS edits, mail server configuration, and website hosting.
Assist in hardware procurement and vendor coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in network/system support roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, networking protocols, and data center operations.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN setup.
Familiarity with web hosting, CMS platforms, and secure email management.
Proficient in IP-based device configuration, including CCTV and attendance systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
