Role Overview

Were hiring a Financial Controller to own and strengthen companys core finance, accounting, and compliance function.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for closing, controls, audits, statutory compliance, and financial hygiene working closely with founders, auditors, banks, and internal teams. Youll play a critical role in building a strong financial backbone for a fast-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of books of accounts in compliance with Indian GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Manage statutory compliances GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, and related reconciliations.
• Lead audit processes (statutory, tax, internal) and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
• Maintain strong financial controls, SOPs, and documentation across processes.
• Oversee banking, payments, reconciliations, and cash flow management.

What Were Looking For

58 years of experience in controllership, accounting, audit, or core finance roles.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is strongly preferred.

Experience in consumer, D2C, FMCG, or startup environments is a strong plus.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, audits, GST, TDS, and financial controls.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving setup
