Founders Office - Finance & Strategy - MBA

About the Company: Company operates in the consumer products sector, developing intelligent, technology-enabled solutions within the play and learning space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end finance function including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and business reports
• Drive investor relations by managing regular communication with existing investors
• Lead outreach and engagement with potential investors to support fundraising efforts
• Manage all secretarial and legal compliances
• Prepare business plans, financial models, and investor presentation decks

• Lead cross-functional strategic and special projects as required
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor mapping to support business strategy

Growth & Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and execute high-leverage partnerships & collaborations
• Unlock new user/customer acquisition channels
• Drive special projects that accelerate scale

Cross-Functional Execution (Mini CEO)

• Unblock bottlenecks across product, growth, ops & finance
• Build operating rhythms, dashboards & accountability systems
• Ensure teams execute at high velocity

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA (Finance) from top B-Schools: IIM / IMT / MDI / FMS
• 24 years of experience in a Pre-Series A funded startup or as an Associate / Analyst at a VC firm
• Strong exposure to fundraising, financial reporting, and investor communication
• Must be based in Bangalore
