Vice President - Talent Acquisition - BPO/KPO/IT

An American multinational in the BPO / KPO / medical coding space is looking for a VP ( Talent Acquisition) based in Coimbatore/ Hyderabad.
We are looking for a TA head who has handled volume hiring, mass hiring of over 5000.
ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading and managing a sizable team, managing the high-volume hiring duties at various levels, and directing the recruitment process in accordance with predetermined metrics
- Driving the talent planning and employee engagement for the organization
- Implementing and leading significant initiatives to construct career websites, incorporating hiring tools, developing staff training programs, and developing focused business plans
- Promoting internal staff growth by emphasizing on organizational talent
- Researching the top candidates for open positions using data from talent assessment
