Responsibilities For HR Lead
Handle all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting
Source, screen and schedule interviews with superior heads & with hiring managers
Recruit for Internal requirements.
Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Maintaining the daily reports in a tracker & updating it on a daily basis
Qualifications For Recruiters
Excellent Communication skills & Recruitment skills must.
Should have hands-on experience in the full-cycle of recruitment preferred.
Energetic & organized.
A positive and proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
Well versed in oral and written business communications.
Multitasking.
Time management & prioritizing the work.
Demonstrated proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, shine, indeed required.
