Position Overview:

:

The Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and longevity of our manufacturing equipment

and facilities. Based in SUPA MIDC, they will be responsible for overseeing both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities within our HVAC component

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment used in manufacturing processes, including

but not limited to CNC machines, injection molding machines, hydraulic presses, and conveyor systems.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment issues promptly, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment is properly serviced and calibrated.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in a timely manner, employing a systematic approach to problem-solving.

Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or parts replacement when necessary.

Document all maintenance and repair activities, including the root cause analysis of equipment failures and the implementation of corrective actions.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring the well-being of personnel and the integrity of the

manufacturing environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements to mitigate potential hazards associated with machinery and electrical systems.

Identify opportunities for enhancing equipment performance, reliability, and energy efficiency through upgrades, modifications, or process optimizations.

Collaborate with the engineering team to propose and implement innovative solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of the manufacturing

operations.

Training and Knowledge Transfer:

Provide technical training and guidance to junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.

Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in maintenance and automation to continuously improve departmental

processes.
