Job Description

    As a Technical Trainer at CTM, your role will be crucial in providing new consulting staff with a solid foundational understanding of the consultant role and keeping all employees updated on technical products across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
    - Delivering and continually enhancing technical training programs focused on Operations, Client Value Managers, and Business Analysis and Solutions Managers.
    - Ensuring that all employees have a thorough understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within CTM through your extensive training experience.
    - Playing a key role in employee development and supporting the enhancement of key skills within the organization.
    - Utilizing your excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse user groups.
    - Adapting to change management principles and building rapport with key customers, both internal and external.
    - Applying your analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and client solutions effectively.
    - Running workshops and information sessions utilizing Adult Learning concepts to facilitate learning and development.
    To excel in this role, you should possess:
    - Demonstrated experience in systems administration, Product Support, and developing client solutions.
    - Extensive knowledge of travel online booking tools, functionality, systems, and business processes.
    - Strong operational and technical understanding with the ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge.

    - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
    - Previous experience in the travel industry would be advantageous.
    - Working knowledge of Tramada, Amadeus, and/or Sabre is highly desired.
    - Proven ability in change management principles and creating rapport with customers.
    - Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment would be advantageous.
