Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter specializing in US Staffing. The Technical Recruiter will oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process, sourcing and identifying top technical talent for various roles. Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while meeting targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Technical Recruiting and sourcing specialized talent
• Must be strong in sourcing & recruiting W2 candidates

Get Hired
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and innovative sourcing strategies
• Understanding of US staffing practices, employment laws, and market trends
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proven experience in the IT or technical staffing industry is a plus
