Position Summary:

We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Human resource specialist with experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates with expertise in Plan Design, Stress Analysis, and Piping Design for the Oil & Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry tools, including SP3D, E3D, CAD, and CAE tools, and will excel in finding and engaging top talent for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles such as Designers, Piping Engineers, and Stress Analysts within the Oil & Gas domain.
- Identify candidates with expertise in tools such as SP3D, E3D, CAD, and CAE, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
- Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, tool proficiency, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting for technical roles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for the Oil & Gas domain, particularly roles involving Plan Design, Stress Analysis, and Piping Design.
- Familiarity with industry tools such as SP3D, E3D, CAD, and CAE.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using various platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
