Position Overview: The International Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the operational efficiency of the organizations global initiatives. This role involves data analysis, process optimization, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to international operations and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key operational indicators.
- Ability to present findings and to effectively collaborate with Operational Leaders
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and standard operating procedures across international operations.
Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of international projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing updates to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including logistics, finance, and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to enhance overall operational performance.
Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential risks related to international operations and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance with international regulations and organizational policies

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, International Relations, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in operations analysis, project management, or a similar role, preferably in an international context.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with international regulations and compliance issues is a plus
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
