Experience: At least one years experience working in retail sales related to furniture, interiors, fashion or design.
Fixed Salary: 14000 Rs /Month starting for freshers
Incentive Component: 2% of individual Sales achieved.

Overall Responsibilities
Attendance compulsory on all weekends and all holidays and festivals at the store.
Maximising sales by engaging customers and providing great customer experience.
Passionate for helping customers find their furnitures and furnishings style
Follow all operational policies and procedure as instructed by management.
Maintains strong knowledge regarding product, promotions and special events in order to communicate to customers for more effective selling.
Achieve Target KPIs such as Sales & Conversion percentage set by management.
Represent the Couch and Dcor image through personal and professional appearance and effective communication skills.
Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management to ensure store is always ready for business.
Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
