Responsibilities:

• Assisting with HR tasks like preparing visa letters, and employment verifications.
• Onboarding POC for new hires
• Coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining related documentation.
• Managing administrative tasks, including office supplies
• Vendor coordination
• Assisting with payroll inputs
• Supporting office security and facilities management tasks.
• Logistics for events and townhalls
• Assisting with engagement activities

Basic Requirements:

• Atleast 5+ years of experience as a HR specialist.
• Experience in product organisation preferred.
• Experience in fast paced environment required.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is mandatory.
