Financial Controller

What role you will play in team: Oversee all financial aspects of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations.

What you will do: Manage the hotel's accounting functions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Manage the hotel's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee the budget process and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and tax laws.
• 
  Manage the hotel's cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.
• Work with the hotel management team to develop and implement financial strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial control role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
