Financial Controller

What role you will play in team: Oversee all financial operations of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

What you will do: Manage the accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions for the hotel.

Key responsibility:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and forecast for the hotel.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement.
• 
  Manage the hotel's cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in hotel finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
