Internal Audit Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll support the internal audit function, focusing on financial, operational, and compliance controls within the hotel operations.

What you will do: This involves executing audits, documenting findings, and collaborating with hotel management to resolve issues.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting internal audits of various hotel departments.
• Assessing and evaluating internal controls.
• Identifying and documenting audit findings.
• Preparing audit reports and recommendations.
• 
  Following up on management responses to audit findings.
• Collaborating with hotel management to implement corrective actions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-2 years' experience in internal audit.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
