Job Title: Lead Recruiter Staffing (Domestic)

Job Summary:
The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities within the domestic staffing business. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing, team management, client engagement, and driving recruitment delivery against SLAs. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding of the staffing industry, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Delivery & Strategy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and business units across domains.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and deliver qualified candidates within defined timelines.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking.
- Ensure a minimum 30–40% gross margin on closures (for staffing business).
- Handle niche, senior-level, and volume hiring requirements efficiently.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of recruiters to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure productivity, quality, and closure ratios are met.
- Conduct regular reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact for recruitment delivery.
- Partner with account managers and business development teams to understand client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement calls, and status discussions.
- Resolve delivery challenges proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate reports on open positions, closures, and pipeline health.
- Track key metrics such as submission-to-selection ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and turnaround time (TAT).
5. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitors’ hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to business leaders.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience (8–15 years) in domestic staffing/recruitment (IT or non-IT).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Leadership experience managing 3–10 recruiters.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
