Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 35 years of hands-on experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, emerging technologies, and various hiring practices. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing top talent, and helping build high-performing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Negotiate salary and manage offers in coordination with HR and hiring managers.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of technical skills, IT roles, and technologies (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
