Job Description

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst in Chennai who will be part of our global IT team of experts and work closely with the Head of Department in Lithuania. In this role, your finest task will be to provide support globally in different geographies from Chennai.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Registering all inquiries in our ServiceDesk system (ServiceNow).
- Providing assistance with installing, setting up, and rolling out PCs.
- Getting involved in problem-solving, equipment testing, and configuration.
- Preparing and error handling of computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Conducting webinars and making video-guides.
- Preparing technical and support documentation.
- Providing technical support for COWI's applications and hardware equipment.
- Aiding conference and meeting rooms, printers, and other onsite technical equipment.
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
On top of that, you should have:
- A degree in IT with 1-2 yrs. of relevant experience and preferably have an ITIL certification.

- Knowledge about Microsoft product bundle, including but not limited to installation and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with the MS Office suite.
- Understanding of computer network principles and practice.
- Very good English skills in writing but particularly verbal.
- Hands-on experience with CAD systems, SharePoint, MS Exchange would also be considered an advantage.
