Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide excellent service
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
Respond to inquiries and provide detailed product information
Maintain a well-organized and clean showroom
Process sales transactions (cash & credit)
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Diploma in Industrial Automation / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics
Previous sales experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
Knowledge of industrial hardware products and Industrial Automation.
Basic computer skills
