Lemon Salons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a sales-driven mindset to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Salon Operations Management
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety as per industry regulations.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and order salon products as needed.
- Ensure salon equipment is well-maintained and operational at all times.
? Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Hire, train, and supervise stylists, beauticians, and front desk staff.
- Schedule employee shifts and ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enhance team productivity.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and customer-focused work environment.
? Customer Service & Client Satisfaction
- Ensure clients receive top-tier beauty services and a luxury salon experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
? Sales & Revenue Growth
- Set and achieve sales targets for services and retail products.
- Promote upselling of salon treatments and beauty products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
?? Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role.
?? Strong knowledge of beauty services, salon operations, and industry trends.
?? Excellent customer service and communication skills.
