At Crebos, we are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR team. This role demands expertise in aligning HR strategies with business goals, building a thriving workplace culture, and driving transformational initiatives. Strategic Leadership

? Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.

? Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

? Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

Talent Acquisition & Management

? Design high-impact recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

? Implement strong retention plans and succession planning frameworks.

? Oversee performance management programs to enhance productivity.

Employee Relations & Culture Development

? Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

? Address employee concerns with empathy and resolve conflicts effectively.

? Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

HR Metrics & Data-Driven Insights

? Analyze and present key HR metrics (turnover rates, employee satisfaction, eNPS) to senior leadership.

? Use AI-driven HR analytics and automation to optimize decision-making and workforce planning.

Compliance & Policy Development

? Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety standards, and company policies.

? Develop and implement policies that mitigate organizational risks.

Training & Development

? Lead leadership development and upskilling programs for employees at all levels.

? Design and implement comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires.

HR Technology

? Leverage HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and analytics tools to streamline HR operations.

? Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and best practices.

Team Leadership

? Mentor and lead the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

Experience & Expertise

? 5+ years in HR management, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

? Proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies in growing organizations.

? Strong expertise in data-driven HR processes, workforce analytics, and HR automation tools.

Core Competencies

? Strategic HR planning, workforce management, and change initiatives.

? Proficiency in recruitment, performance management, and retention strategies.

? Strong mathematical & analytical skills for budgeting and HR insights.

? Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ATS tools).

? Awareness of global labor trends, employment laws, and workplace compliance.

Soft Skills & Leadership

? Exceptional interpersonal & communication skillsability to influence and inspire.
