About the team and Role:
Credit team analyse the credit profile of corporate clients in CredAvenue marketplace on a regular basis and present the analysis to investors to help them in making informed decision. The team monitor the clients through desk analysis, telephonic / in person discussions with managements and field visits. The entire workflow of data collation, analysis and presentation happens in CredAvenue with the support of technology, data engineering and data science.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive credit risk assessment of CredAvenue’s clients on continuous basis through desk review and on-field monitoring; keep a close watch on allocated portfolio clients
- Able to hold conversations and engage with client’s senior management and present the client’s credit profile to internal Credit-Committee and investors in CredAvenue marketplace to support their decision making on client
- Identifying early warning signs of credit deterioration
- Capable of forming a view and suggesting course of action with regards to investors’ exposures to clients in CredAvenue marketplace
- Industry and market studies to understand the operating environment of the borrower and form a sectoral outlook
- Involve with internal technology teams on tech projects for continuous enhancement of the CredAvenue marketplace
- Required Skill
- Structured credit/lending or portfolio/credit monitoring teams of Banks / NBFCs / PE / Debt funds / Rating agencies
- Experience in handling due diligence or transaction advisory.
- Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, managing, and interpreting data and solving problems - to aid in credit underwriting
- Have excellent report writing and communication skills
- Possess a good eye for detail and have demonstrated ability to work under-tight timelines
- Be willing to travel extensively pan-India for on-field monitoring of clients

Qualification: CA with 1-3 years of relevant corporate credit assessment experience
