Team Leader - Human Resources [Volume Recruitment]

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Ensure closures of all Niche CSA requirements within TAT
• Sourcing through Job portals, head hunting, and references
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
• 
  Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Supervise recruiting personnel
• Interviewing and closing the positions as per specifications within the stipulated timelines.
• Verifying duly authorized and accurately filled requisition with actual Budgeted manpower matrix.
• Assisting in joining formalities after selection of candidates.
• Preparing monthly reports

• Proven experience in Talent acquisition

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communicator
• Strong Analytical ability
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel
• Preferred qualification - MBA in Human resources or relevant field
• Overall Experience- Minimum 4 years
