The candidate should be well-versed with Sec 138 N.I Act, Sec 25 PASA, Arbitration, Civil, and Criminal Laws. Additionally, the candidate should have good communication skills (verbal and written).
The role requires attending cases filed against the company, consistent coordination with lawyers and law firms, police liaisoning, ensuring service of summons, warrants, visits, and meetings with customers on a regular basis.
