Job Description

    As an HRIS Consultant at Credit Saison India, you will play a crucial role in managing the Workday Core HCM implementation and ongoing optimization. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, documenting processes, and configuring key modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Performance Management, and letter building. You will act as a trusted advisor to the HR team, recommending system enhancements to meet operational and strategic goals. Additionally, you will serve as a primary liaison between HR, IT, and end users for Workday technical and functional support. Ensuring data integrity, conducting regular audits, and troubleshooting system or data issues will be essential aspects of your role.
    Your role will also involve coordinating change management and training activities to maximize system adoption and user competence. Managing and resolving HRIS helpdesk tickets and user inquiries promptly, documenting and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance, and evaluating and managing Workday releases, software upgrades, and new feature rollouts will be part of your daily tasks. Developing and delivering robust HRIS training programs/materials, maintaining compliance with internal policies and data governance regulations, and analyzing HR data to provide reports, metrics, and dashboards for decision-making will also be critical responsibilities.
    To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a Workday HRIS Specialist, Analyst, or Consultant, with in-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices. Hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday modules, strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions are essential. Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, effective communication, training, and collaboration skills, and knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security within the HRIS domain are key requirements. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required, with Workday certifications being preferred. Being self-driven, organized, prioritizing critical tasks, and meeting deadlines will be crucial for success in this role.

    Preferred competencies for this position include change management and training expertise, a process improvement orientation, experience supporting HRIS in a large or complex organization, familiarity with cross-functional integrations (Finance, IT, Benefits), and the ability to work self-managed with minimal monitoring.,
