Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance

What role you will play in team: You will be an integral part of our Corporate Finance team, supporting senior analysts in the analysis of financial statements and transactions.

What you will do: Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for various corporate finance transactions.

Key responsibility:

• Prepare financial models and valuations for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Conduct financial due diligence on target companies.
• Analyze financial statements and industry trends.
• 
  Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with Bloomberg Terminal (preferred).
