Investment Banking Associate - Global Markets

What role you will play in team: You'll support senior bankers in executing transactions within the Global Markets division, focusing on various financial instruments.

What you will do: Assist in deal structuring, financial modeling, client communication, and documentation preparation.

Key responsibility:

• Assisting in the structuring of complex financial transactions
• Developing and analyzing financial models for various financial instruments
• Conducting market research and analysis to support deal execution
• Preparing presentations and communication materials for clients

• Maintaining meticulous records and documentation related to transactions
• Collaborating with other teams across the Global Markets division

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and Bloomberg Terminal
• Understanding of various financial instruments and markets (derivatives, fixed income, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
