Your field of responsibility
OTC & FX Operations, Cash Management, Sanctions and Messaging operates across eight locations and seven countries globally, with the Pune teams supporting Global clients across Credit Suisse entities. The role is for an experienced senior manager who will report to the regional functional Director of FX & OTC Operations, Cash Mgmt, and Sanctions & Messaging. This function supports different services within Global Operations including settlements, trade validation, reconciliations, exception resolution, risk mitigation and is Client and Front Office facing. This role will allow you to represent highly complex and sensitive function which has direct impact on financial, regulatory, and reputational, while running efficiently and effectively. There is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of the regional and departmental objectives in a team-based environment.
The person will be responsible for:
- Leading key initiatives, strategic programs, and drive delivery of objectives
- Identify opportunities in the support models while ensuring robust controls and governance is in place
- Involved in conducting SOX tests, supporting Audit and Regulatory requests, and supporting program deliveries
- Deliver on our multiyear Target Operating Model, support functional initiatives, and help craft how we serve our clients in the future
- Other key deliverables such as, Business Continuity Planning, InterGroup Service Management Governance, Monthly Business Review, Review and Analysis of Risk Incidents and implications to controls, Key Performance and Risk Indicator oversight, and Facilitating audit requirements and remediation points etc.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for an applicant who possesses excellent analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail
- Prior experience of having managed key deliveries, or, multiple operations teams
- A keen interest in reading key policies and regulations, understanding them thoroughly and evaluating the function to ensure there is complete adherence to the same
- Proven track record of effectively pushing back, challenging seniors and business partners and taking an unpopular stance when needed
- Prior experience of managing multiple business partners across multiple regions globally
- Focused approach and being target driven
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with peers, seniors, juniors, and business partners
- Keen focus on building robust controls
