Job Description
Role Overview
This role is execution- and coordination-focused, reporting directly to the Marketing Head. You will work closely with marketing, BD, and product teams, as well as external partners, to support EXPO participation, offline events, and ecosystem partnership initiatives. This is not a sales role, but a key operational role supporting brand and partnership delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
EXPO & Event Coordination
- Coordinate Cregis participation in industry EXPOs, conferences, and offline events
- Act as the main coordination point with EXPO organizers, event partners, and co-hosts, managing timelines, deliverables, and on-site requirements
- Support booth-related coordination, including branding materials, brochures, giveaways, signage, and on-site logistics
- Assist in managing event schedules, guest lists, partner speaking slots, and on-site support
- Support post-event follow-ups, partner recap, and basic reporting
- Support coordination with ecosystem partners, including technology partners, media partners, and event collaborators
- Assist in aligning partnership deliverables across EXPOs, events, and joint initiatives
- Coordinate internal resources (marketing, BD, design, product) to ensure partner commitments are executed properly
- Track partnership deliverables, timelines, and execution status
Resource & Content Alignment
- Coordinate partner-related materials, including company introductions, logos, speaker information, and event descriptions
- Ensure consistent messaging across EXPO materials, partner announcements, and event communications
- Work with internal teams to align content, branding, and timelines for partner-facing materials
- Support preparation of partnership summaries, one-pagers, and internal reference documents
Requirements:

- 24 years of experience in partnership coordination, marketing operations, events, or ecosystem roles, preferably in crypto, fintech, or technology sectors
- Experience supporting EXPOs or large-scale offline events
- Strong coordination and project management skills; comfortable working across teams and with external partners
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish/Chinese is a strong plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Nice to Have:
- Experience coordinating booth-based EXPOs, sponsorship packages, or partner events
- Familiarity with Web3, payments, or institutional digital asset infrastructure
- Experience supporting international events across APAC, MENA, or Europe
- Basic understanding of branding, content workflows, or PR coordination
