Key Account Manager -7+ years - Mumbai
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Luxury Division. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in omni-channel account management, retail partnerships, E-commerce operations, and trade marketing to drive sales growth, market share, and brand visibility across online and offline channels.
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key omni-channel retail and E-commerce accounts
- Drive Annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) with retail partners
- Execute Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, GMV, and market share performance
- Optimize E-commerce operations including stock availability, campaign pages, and promotions
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital teams for business growth
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, ROI objectives, and brand visibility goals
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail, or E-commerce
- Strong exposure to omni-channel retail operations and digital commerce
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Luxury, or Retail industries preferred
- Expertise in trade marketing, business planning, and stakeholder management
- MBA or relevant professional experience preferred
