Assistant Manager/Team Leader-CLM/Paralegal-6 Years-Mohali

We are hiring a Assistant Manager Legal with strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on paralegal exposure across US legal domains. This is a leadership role for professionals who enjoy managing teams, handling complex commercial contracts, and driving quality, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal associates handling contract drafting, review, abstraction, and negotiation
2. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
3. Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders
4. Oversee end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management, including drafting, redlining, review, negotiation support, execution, renewal, and termination
5. Drive implementation and effective usage of CLM tools such as Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares, etc.
6. 
   Provide paralegal-level support in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Lemon Law, and Employment Law matters
7. Participate in client calls, provide updates, and resolve contract-related issues

Requirements

1. LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed institution
2. 7–8 years of total legal experience, with minimum 4 years in a team leadership role
3. Strong experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (Commercial, SaaS, Procurement, NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.)
4. Mandatory paralegal exposure in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Lemon Law, and Employment Law
5. Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (Icertis, DocuSign, Ironclad, LinkSquares, etc.) preferred
6. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a high-pressure environment
