Operations Manager

Lead Analyst – Deposit Operations – Banking Operations – Pune/Chennai/Gurugram – 10+ Years

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong exposure to US Banking Operations and Deposit Operations processes for a leadership role within a global banking operations environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deposit servicing, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and core banking platforms like Fiserv Premier. Candidates from banking captives, global banking operations teams, and financial services organizations supporting US banking clients will be preferred.

Location- Pune / Chennai / Gurugram

Responsibilities

1. Managing end-to-end deposit operations including booking, servicing, and account maintenance activities.
2. Handling GL reconciliation, certification, and operational control processes.
3. Preparing regulatory reports and ensuring adherence to US banking compliance requirements.
   
4. Collaborating with global/onshore stakeholders to maintain operational accuracy and timely deliverables.
5. Working on Fiserv Premier/Premier22 and other core banking platforms for transaction processing and servicing.
6. Preparing MIS reports, control packs, and operational dashboards for management review.
7. Ensuring compliance with internal banking controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
8. Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in Banking Operations, preferably in Deposit Operations or Lending Operations.
2. Strong exposure to US Banking Operations and global banking processes.
3. Hands-on experience in Fiserv Premier/Premier22 or similar core banking platforms.
4. Experience in GL reconciliation, regulatory reporting, and banking controls.
5. Prior experience working with global banking clients or banking captives.
6. Strong understanding of banking compliance, operational controls, and reconciliation processes.
7. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team handling skills.
8. Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Banking, Commerce, or related discipline.
