Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager B2B Sales who will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and handling end-to-end client interactions. The role requires strong client-facing capabilities, strategic sales execution, and in-depth project understanding to effectively engage with corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Handle 2nd and 3rd level client meetings/calls with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with B2B clients.
- Demonstrate strong project know-how to effectively explain solutions, scope, and deliverables to clients.
- Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B sales experience of around 4 to 6 years with proven client-facing exposure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Experience interacting with Fortune 500 companies or large enterprise clients.
- Good understanding of project execution and solution-based selling.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles.
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
