Application Engineer(Technical Trainer)

At Crestron, we continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities. As a result, we have an exciting opportunity for a Crestron Application Engineer Technical Trainer to support and Train our growing North Region. We are looking for a talented and self-motivated individual to work with our partners and customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may occur with Crestrons solution deployed at the site.

This role will be based in New Delhi and report to the Training Manager. It will require traveling around the domestic regions.

Responsibilities

• Handle Technical Support cases and provide phone or remote assistance and on-site support to Crestrons dealers and customers.
• Identify solutions for technical support scenarios, product selection, and system design for audiovisual system applications.
• Assist customers by providing technical information and support for our products and technologies.
• Support in marketing events such as tradeshows and conferences to ensure the Crestron messaging is presented correctly.
• Assist partners and customers by providing technical training

Required Competencies

• Bachelors Degree or High Diploma in (anyone) Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or Computer Programming.
• 2-3 years of working experience in IT, networking, programming, or A/V Integration.
• Broad understanding of Ethernet networking technologies. CCNA or similar networking certification, C# programming working experience is highly desirable.
