Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and develop innovative mobile app product concepts based on market opportunities and user needs.
- Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and product positioning opportunities.
- Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.
- Work closely with product, design, growth, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with product capabilities and business goals.
- Drive pre-launch and post-launch marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and user acquisition strategies.
- Manage and optimize the user lifecycle journey from acquisition to engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Leverage data-driven insights and customer behavior analytics to improve user engagement and product adoption.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments to optimize campaign performance, user journeys, and key marketing metrics.
- Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility, discoverability, and conversion across app marketplaces.
- Monitor competitor activities, product launches, and industry trends to identify strategic opportunities and improve market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, sales, design, and engineering teams to ensure smooth product launches and campaign execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, partners, agencies, and vendors where required.

Ideal Candidate Criteria:
- 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing for digital or technology products.
- Strong experience in pre-launch and post-launch marketing activities including user research, positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and launch execution.
- Experience launching or scaling mobile applications, preferably on iOS platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2C product marketing, user behavior, growth strategies, and mobile app ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience in App Store Optimization (ASO), user lifecycle management, and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience conducting competitor research, market analysis, and customer insight generation.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, data interpretation, and optimization of marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Candidates must come from B2C technology product companies such as FinTech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech, or similar digital-first product organizations.
- Candidates from e-commerce or service-led platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Uber, Zepto, Amazon, Meesho, or Flipkart will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates from companies where the core user experience is driven primarily by technology products rather than physical service delivery.
- Strong stability in career history is mandatory, with a minimum of 2 years tenure in each role preferred.
