About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for our enterprise SaaS solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying enterprise opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and closing large, complex deals.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise SaaS sales, long sales cycles, and CXO-level engagement, with a proven ability to deliver consistent revenue growth.
Salary offered - 17 - 23 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise new business acquisition by identifying and closing high-value opportunities
- Identify and target companies based on their supply chain operations and digital transformation needs
- Conduct discovery discussions to understand client challenges and design tailored SaaS solutions
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver the best solutions to clients
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and navigate internal buying processes
- Deliver revenue targets across industries, geographies, and enterprise segments
- Provide sales insights, pipeline updates, and market feedback to leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends, supply chain technology, and the competitive landscape
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales
- Strong experience managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and enterprise deal closures
- Experience handling long enterprise sales cycles (6+ months) and complex deals involving multiple stakeholders
- Must have closed enterprise deals worth 25 Lakhs+ ARR per deal and managed a portfolio of 1 Cr+ ARR
- Experience engaging and negotiating with CXO / senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations

- Strong communication, presentation, solution selling, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho or similar)
Industry Preference
- Experience selling Logistics / Supply Chain SaaS platforms
- Candidates with experience selling supply chain visibility, fleet management, freight tech, ERP, TMS, or similar enterprise technology solutions will be highly preferred.

- Mandatory: Candidate must be currently based in Mumbai.
