Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales :
- Drive sales growth for Learning Solutions, Corporate Training, and Content Development services across PAN India and international markets.
- Own and achieve booking, revenue, and margin targets through strategic business development initiatives.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise customers through direct sales and outbound outreach activities.
- Build and manage a robust database of prospects, leads, and customer opportunities.
- Execute effective sales campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to expand market reach and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities in untapped accounts and geographies.
- Conduct requirement discovery, client consultations, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure activities.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Learning Services, Emerging Technologies training, certifications, and consulting offerings.
Client Relationship & Account Management :
- Build strong consultative relationships with Learning Heads, BU Heads, IT Directors, CIOs, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Manage existing customer accounts including renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and long-term relationship development.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify relevant learning solutions aligned with customer business goals.
- Assist customers in identifying use cases and adoption strategies for emerging technologies including Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Data, and Digital Transformation.
- Maintain strong customer engagement to ensure smooth execution of training plans and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support joint selling opportunities and solution delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, account reviews, and business performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales metrics, customer insights, and campaign performance to improve sales strategy and execution effectiveness.

- 1+ years of experience in B2B Direct Sales or Business Development within Corporate Training, Learning Solutions, B2B EdTech, IT Services, or Enterprise Consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience in direct sales including prospecting, client outreach, requirement gathering, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal submission and closure.
- Experience managing enterprise customer accounts, renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and long-term client relationships.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of emerging technology domains including Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Digital Transformation.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer business needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and improve business development strategies.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced sales environments.
- Ability to engage and influence enterprise stakeholders including Learning Heads, IT Leaders, and Business Decision Makers.
- BE / BSc IT / MSc IT or equivalent technical/IT-oriented educational background is mandatory.
